Shipping policy

All sales are final, there will be no refunds issued unless an item is damaged during shipment to buyer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is returned for exchange it must be returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If an item is damaged during shipment to buyer, buyer will be offered a full refund or a replacement if the item is not one of a kind in nature. For example; If you ordered a striped mug that is damaged you might find one in my listings comparable and wish to simply have the broken one replaced. I will request that photographic evidence be provided of damages prior to issuing a refund or replacement item.
